HAYS, KS -- Fort Hays State University's Dr. Josephine Squires, assistant professor of political science, recently co-authored an article which appeared in the journal Terrorism and Political Violence.

Squires co-authored the article with Jonathan Fox, professor at Bar Ilan University, Israel. The article, "Threats to Primal Identities: A Comparison of Nationalism and Religion as Impacts in Ethnic Protest and Rebellion," appeared in the spring 2001 issue of Terrorism and Political Violence. The journal is a leading publication in the field of terrorism.
