HAYS, KS -- Fort Hays State University's Forsyth Library, under the direction of John Ross, opens a new exhibit in September. The exhibit, "1920s -- Decade of Change," will be on display throughout the library.
"Decade of Change" will feature a variety of displays of 1920s material, including: a celebration of the 75th anniversary of Forsyth as a federal document depository; reproductions of advertisements; music; great events; the League of Nations; literature; aviation in Kansas; a history of the library; and a history of the university.
"Decade of Change" is the second of a series planned for the year at Forsyth. The first, "Celebrating America," will close Aug. 25. All exhibits in the library are free.
