HAYS, KS -- Daron Jamison, Quinter senior and student body president for Fort Hays State University, has been elected chair of the Council of Student Body Presidents for the Board of Regents.

Jamison now organizes and leads meetings for student body organizations across Kansas. He is responsible for ensuring good communications between board members and is the spokesman for the Board of Regents when addressing the governor and others in state government.
