FHSU's Dr. Zollinger presents at Midwest Sociological Society in St. Louis, MO

HAYS, KS -- Fort Hays State University's Dr. Brett Zollinger, assistant professor of sociology and social work and director of the survey center for the Docking Institute of Public Affairs, recently presented a paper at the annual meeting of the Midwest Sociological Society in St. Louis, MO.

Zollinger's paper is titled "Collaboration Among Multiple Stakeholders in Wildlife Management: The Case of the Kansas Department of Wildlife and Parks Conservation Plan for the Black Tailed Prairie Dog."

The paper focuses on the sociological aspects of planning and social learning on a highly controversial wildlife management issue which involves opposing interests.
