FHSU geoscientist to present findings of statistical analysis of local weather since 1860s

HAYS, KS -- Interesting weather patterns revealed in a statistical analysis of Hays area weather data compiled since the 1860s will be the subject of a slide presentation Monday, April 23, at Fort Hays State University.

The analysis by Dr. John Heinrichs, of the FHSU Department of Geosciences, was first presented to the Kansas Academy of Sciences. "Long Term Weather Patterns in Western Kansas" will be from 4-4:30 p.m. in Albertson Hall, room 169.

The presentation is sponsored by the FHSU Biology Club and the Department of Biological Sciences.
