HAYS, KS --- "Sexual Predators and the Law: Should Basic Rights be Suspended?" will be presented at the Hays Public Library on Thursday, March 29, from 7-8:30 p.m.

"Civil Discussions of Controversial Issues" is a public colloquium series sponsored by Fort Hays State University's Department of Philosophy.

William Culver, FHSU graduate, will moderate the event, which is open to the public.
