HAYS, KS -- A public colloquium on the many controversial issues involved in recent and proposed sexual predator legislation that was to be held on Thursday, Feb. 8, at the Hays Public Library, has been postponed until Thursday, March 29, from 7-8:30 p.m.

The guest speaker for this event, William Culver, is unable to make the original date because of circumstances beyond his control.
