HAYS, KS --- Fort Hays State University alumni and friends are gathering in Phoenix for a Black and Gold Hoe-down on Feb. 10.

FHSU alumni Bob and Carolyn Rosebaugh are hosting the dinner at Rustlers Rooste, 7777 S. Pointe Parkway West.
