Bannister named a National Torch Bearer

HAYS, KS -- Mark Bannister, chair of the Department of Information Networking and Telecommunications at Fort Hays State University, has been named a National Torch Bearer by the Communities of the Future.

Communities of the Future is a networking organization of more than 30 communities and 18 states. This national organization focuses on community vision, consensus, education and technology.
