HAYS, KS -- Dr. Mark Stutz, assistant professor of health and human performance and director of the Athletic Training Education Program at Fort Hays State University, presented "A Review of Anatomical and Physiological Racial Differences and the Resulting Implications Regarding Healthcare" at the Mid-America Athletic Trainers' Association Spring Symposium in Topeka in March.

He also gave a presentation on "Athletic Training Education Programs Administrative Policy and Procedures".
