'Good Bye, Lenin' to play as part of German Film Series

"Good Bye, Lenin" is scheduled to play at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 13, in Albertson Hall, room 169, as part of the German Film Series presented by the Department of Modern Languages at Fort Hays State University.

The film will be shown in German with English subtitles.

In this 2003 film set in East Berlin, Germany, Alex's mother slips into a coma just before the Berlin Wall is coming down. When she wakes up months later, Alex goes to great lengths to keep the truth about her country's reform a secret.
