Students from the College of Business and Leadership at Fort Hays State University donated more than 3,000 pounds of canned goods through "Thought for Food," a program to benefit the Community Assistance Center in Hays.

A total of 3,020 pounds of food went to the center for its holiday meal packages.

"I would like to thank professor Tony Gabel for organizing the program and Marketing Management Association for coordinating the loading and delivery," said Tyler Thompson, Student Government Association president.
