John Courtin, vice president of the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation for Entrepreneurship, will be the second speaker in the spring series on entrepreneurship presented by Fort Hays State University's College of Business and Leadership.
Courtin will speak to the campus and community from 1:30 p.m. to 2:45 p.m. Wednesday, April 21, in McCartney Hall, room 104. He is responsible for the Kauffman Campuses Initiative, a "signature program" of the Kauffman Foundation.
The Kauffman Foundation works to understand the phenomenon of entrepreneurship, advance entrepreneurship education and training efforts, promote entrepreneurship-friendly policies and facilitate the commercialization of new technologies by entrepreneurs and others.
