FHSU faculty and students attend KATM conference

Fort Hays State University's Dr. Paul Adams, Dr. Germaine Taggart, Dr. Sue Jacobs and elementary education students recently attended the 2005 Annual Kansas Association of Teachers of Mathematics Conference, "Multiplying Math Success: Research Based Strategies for diverse Math Learners" in Liberal.

At the conference, Adams, Germaine and Jacobs made presentations on various topics.

Adams presented "Integrating and Implementing Math in the Science Classroom." Taggart presented "Algebra: Hands-On Equations," and Jacobs presented Problem Solving with Children's Literature."
