STARBASE academy offers action and adventure to area children

This summer, Kansas STARBASE will offer area students who have completed grades 4 through 6 the opportunity for action and adventure in science and technology with its annual summer camp on the Fort Hays State University campus. The camp will be from June 15 to 18, and activities on each day run from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Students will participate in team projects and experiments including Eggbert's crash lander, model rocketry, Newton mobiles and global navigation.
