INT students launch Adontis.com, showcase campus talent
06/02/2009

Students in the Department of Information Networking and Telecommunications capstone class are taking a new approach to showing the world what FHSU students can do through a new Web site called Adontis.com.

The site, created by Andrew Duscher, Norton senior, Andrew Epp, Buhler senior, and Luis Luna, Garden City senior, features content created by students that showcases a wide variety of talent from all across campus.

Three shows appeared when the site launched on May 15 and can be accessed at http://adontis.com.

"Andrew's Aphorisms" is a show that answers simple questions, such as "does smell affect taste," in an entertaining and humorous way.

"Imaginar" highlights the works of the FHSU Department of Art and Design through animations created by students. The animations feature content ranging from social issues to lighthearted material that experiments with the animation medium.

"Life in the Fringe" features the talent of the FHSU Fringe Theatre Company.

Along with art and theatre, Adontis also displays talents from the FHSU INT Department. The Web site highlights coding techniques learned through FHSU curriculum. The shows were filmed with methods taught at FHSU.
