American Democracy Project, Center for Civic Leadership, host forums
03/06/2009

Daily life, family culture, education and the military will be topics presented by Chinese students at Fort Hays State University at a public forum at 7 p.m. Wednesday, March 11, in the Memorial Union’s Black and Gold Room.

The forum is one in an ongoing series sponsored by the university’s American Democracy Project, Center for Civic Leadership and other departments.

“The goal of the forums is to get people involved in talking and listening to current issues,” said Dr. Art Morin, director of the Master of Liberal Studies program. “Even if it is just going to a small forum, hopefully they will become more involved.”
