Fort Hays State University's Department of Modern Languages will show the second film of the Hispanic Film Festival monthly series at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 18, in Albertson Hall, room 169, on the FHSU campus.
The second film, "O Auto de Compadecida" ("A Dog's Will"), is a comedy directed by Guel Arraes.
"All are invited to view a wonderful comedy about love, truth, lies, the meaning of life and the meaning of death," said Dr. Paul Siegrist, assistant professor of modern languages, about the film.
The films are part of the film-based modern language courses and will be presented monthly throughout the academic year. They will be shown in Spanish with English subtitles.
The event is sponsored by The FHSU Conversation with Diversity Project.
