HAYS, KS -- Dr. Paul Adams, Anschutz professor of education and professor of physics at Fort Hays State University, gave a presentation on "Satellites and the Electromagnetic Spectrum" at the Third Annual Ad Astra Kansas Day at Washburn University, Topeka, on April 30, 2005.
