Fort Hays State University will host the Spring Career Fair from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 27, at Gross Memorial Coliseum on the FHSU campus.
Dan Rice, director of Career Services, said the over 90 employers attending this fair is the highest number ever, including 20 previous fall fairs and last year's spring fair, which was the first ever in a spring semester.
It is an excellent opportunity for students to learn more about career opportunities, make contacts with employers, investigate internship possibilities and gain valuable insight about today's employers. The fair is also open, free of charge, to the public.
Professional dress is strongly recommended and participants are encouraged to bring resumes.
A Teacher Career Fair for students in education is scheduled for Monday, April 21.
