Linda Ganstrom, professor of art at Fort Hays State University, recently traveled to Texas to deliver two lectures about her ceramic works "Finding My Voice in Clay," at the University of Dallas.

She also spoke on her exhibit at Collin County Community College, Plano, Tex., where she demonstrated working the pressmolds she uses to create her figurative sculptures.

The Collin College exhibit, "Fired Forms: Figures, Objects and Abstracts," featured Ganstrom's works along with seven other notable ceramic artists.
