HAYS, Kan. -- The Management Development Center and the College of Business and Leadership at Fort Hays State University are hosting the annual Business and Leadership Symposium Sept. 27 and Sept. 28 in the Memorial Union at Fort Hays State University.
This annual symposium provides a forum for identifying emerging trends, learning new approaches and examining issues involving the various disciplines of business and leadership. Faculty, staff, and students are invited to attend any of the presentations.
Presentations will cover leadership, teaching, finance and economics, human resources, strategic management and marketing, accounting, entrepreneurship and technology.
The symposium agenda lists more than 50 selected presentations given by faculty from some of the most prestigious colleges and universities across the nation.
"This is a rare opportunity to interact with colleagues, students, and business leaders while learning from the latest research on contemporary and cutting edge issues in business and leadership," said Dr. Steve Williams, dean of the College of Business and Leadership.
