Fort Hays State University's Dr. Chapman Rackaway, assistant professor of political science, was recently named president of FHSU's Faculty Research Association.

"Chap is a passionate scholar, and I know that he will do a fine job leading the association," said Dr. Steven Trout, professor of English.
