Fort Hays State University has welcomed several new faces as full-time admissions counselors.
Cassandra McDonald received her bachelor's of business administration from FHSU.
She previously worked in the Office of Admissions at FHSU as a student employee and was involved in Alpha Kappa Psi and competed on the FHSU track team.
Tara Towns received her bachelor's of organizational leadership with a minor in business administration from FHSU.
Towns previously managed Simply Charmed in downtown Hays. She also served on the Promotions/Special Events Committee for the Development of Downtown Hays.
Maria Ruda received her bachelor's in communication studies from FHSU.
Ruda previously worked at Gella's Diner and was a media relations intern for the Miss Kansas organization during the summers of 2003-2005.
Fabiola Pinilla received her bachelor's of industrial engineering from Universidad Industrial de Santander, Bucaramanga, Colombia, and a master's of business administration from FHSU.
Pinilla previously worked as a graduate assistant in the Department of Economics and Finance and the College of Business and Leadership at FHSU.
Candice Fulks received a bachelor of art in English from FHSU.
Fulks previously worked as a student assistant in the academic advising and career exploration office at FHSU and completed an internship at the Hays Convention and Visitors Bureau. She also assisted incoming FHSU students as an orientation advisor.
