Students in the Fort Hays State University Management & Marketing Club recently toured businesses in Minneapolis, MN.
The students visited Ameriprise Financial Advisors, where they spoke with two recent college graduates about alliance marketing and the financial services industry. Their tour of Arizant, a surgical products manufacturer, allowed them to see the product development process and tour a modern manufacturing facility.
At the Nash Finch Company, students participated in a sensory test of store brand chocolate morsels. A tour of Best Buy exposed them to a state-of-the-art company headquarters with a discussion of internal communications and advertising production.
