Fort Hays State University's Geosciences Department recently announced the names of five geoscience majors who received scholarships to attend FHSU for the 2004-2005 academic year.

Canton: Garrett Thompson, senior.
Downs: Shea Rothchild, junior.
Grand Island, NE: Lydia Rinke, sophomore.
Lindsborg: Eamonn Coveney, junior.
Logan: Landon Jones, junior.
