Alumni, graduating seniors of FHSU get opportunity to take part in Cisco Systems beta test of job site

Fort Hays State University has been selected by Cisco World-Wide Education as a beta testing site for the new Career Connection Web site.

Alumni and graduating students who are job searching are encouraged to get directions to the site from the FHSU Department of Information Networking and Telecommunications and then enter their information and provide feedback to Cisco.

FHSU's selection recognizes the university's leadership in preparing students for careers in information networking, said Dr. Mark Bannister, chair of the INT Department.

"By participating, you may be some of the first applicants in a new system which may provide advantageous exposure to employers," he said.

Information and directions to the site are available by e-mailing the INT Department at
