Fort Hays State University program specialist featured during state forums

Kassy Kleymann, program specialist in the Department of Communication Disorders at FHSU, was one of six panel speakers in the first of several state-wide Communities in Action forums.

The forum, "Communities in Action: A Professional Forum Addressing Traumatic Brain Injury," was sponsored by the Kansas Traumatic Brain Injury State Plan.

Kleymann also presented "Function and Fun: Current Practices in Serving Adults within University Settings" at the Kansas Speech-Language-Hearing Association Sept. 1, in Topeka.

Kleymann highlighted current caseload and practice patterns offered at the Herndon Clinic at FHSU.

The forums also featured clinic practices of representatives from the University of Kansas, Kansas State University and Wichita State University Clinics.
