Tickets for the 41st Annual Madrigal Dinner at Fort Hays State University will go on sale Nov. 1. Held this year on Dec. 3 and 4, the Madrigal Dinners are a 21st-century re-creation of the Renaissance feasts held in the castles and manors throughout England during the 16th century.
Partake in the joy and reverence of the Christmas season as it might have been celebrated and enjoy the stunning costumes and pageantry, beautiful music, endless amounts of succulent food and drink, and general frivolity. A concert of seasonal music and English madrigals concludes the evening.
Ticket order forms are now available and ticket orders will be accepted beginning Monday, November 1st. The cost of tickets are $21 ($17 for FHSU students), and are payable only by check. Tickets order forms are available from the Memorial Union Administrative Office, or by calling (785) 628-5308. The dinners typically sell out annually, so please submit your ticket orders early.
The Madrigal Dinners are held in the Fort Hays Ballroom in Memorial Union. Parking is available in the lot west of Memorial Union.
