FHSU's Jones presents paper at criminal justice conference

Martha J. Jones, assistant professor of justice studies at Fort Hays State University, recently presented a paper, "Education and Its Effect on Incarceration," at a Topics in Criminal Justice Conference in Wichita.

The conference, at Friends University, was sponsored by Friends University and KS CURE.

Jones' paper will also be presented to the Kansas Senate to bring up low cost alternatives to educating prisoners in the Kansas Correctional System.
