Fort Hays State University recently sent Susan Bittel, regional director of the Kansas Small Business Development Center, Jo Bates, faculty consultant, and Sheryl Davis, assistant director, to a seminar provided by the Kansas Award for Excellence Foundation in Topeka to compare criteria of the SBDC against the criteria set by the Baldrige National Quality Awards Program.
