Fort Hays State University's Psychology Department distributed 13 scholarships to students to attend FHSU for the 2003-2004 academic year. The recipients of these scholarships are listed below by hometown.

Hanover: William Seeberger, graduate student.
Hays: Michael Manteuffel, junior; Christina Wolf, senior.

Lenexa: Amy Poduska, junior.
Randall: Kirsten Barrett, graduate student.
