FHSU student receives scholarship from Kansas Association of Broadcasters

Fort Hays State University's Taryn Everhart, Dodge City junior, was recently awarded a prestigious $1,500 scholarship from the Kansas Association of Broadcasters for the 2003-2004 academic year.

KAB Executive Director Harriet Lange said that the scholarship committee was impressed with Everhart's application, personal interview and enthusiasm for the broadcast profession.

Everhart, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Todd Everhart, Dodge City, is majoring in information networking and telecommunications.
