A Fort Hays State University mud volleyball T-shirt was chosen as the top design at the National Intramural and Recreational Sports Conference and Exposition from April 1-5 in Cleveland, OH.

Bridget Weiser, Stockton graduate student, Cliff Pitts, Vandaman, MS, senior, and Jeremy Capo, Grinnell graduate student, represented the Campus Intramurals and Recreation Department at the conference.

The T-shirt was used for the mud volleyball, mud tractor pull and mud tug of war tournaments that were held last year as a fund-raiser for Meredith Teeter, Grinnell junior, who was diagnosed with cancer.

This year the same activities will be held on May 10 to benefit Sabrina Alfaro, who is a 4-month-old with leukemia.
