29th Annual High School Art Exhibition at FHSU expected to draw 70 schools, 1,500 students

John C. Thorns Jr., professor and chair emeritus of the Fort Hays State University Art Department, will be the judge for this year's High School Art Exhibition.

The exhibition will open to the public from 10 a.m. to noon on Wednesday, April 16, in FHSU's Gross Memorial Coliseum.

Art work from more than 1,500 students, representing 70 schools, will be on display. Certificates of Recognition will go to students with outstanding works in the exhibition.
