FHSU professors' paper named best by professional group

A paper co-authored by two Fort Hays State University faculty members was selected as the top paper by the Organizational and Professional Communication Interest Group of the Central States Communication Association.

" Effects of Cognitive Differentiation, Influence Methods, and Persuasive Ability on Innovation" was written by Dr. Chris Crawford, professor of leadership studies and assistant provost for quality management, and Dr. Sue Strohkirch, professor of communication studies.
