The teacher known as "Mr. Practicality" has the ability to run a classroom with no discipline problems, a 95 percent homework turn-in factor and a negligible drop out rate. This teacher is Dr. Harry Wong and on Feb. 18 he will speak about "Super Successful and Effective Teaching Techniques" at the Effective Teaching seminar in Fort Hays State University's Beach/Schmidt Performing Arts Center from noon to 3 p.m.

Dr. Wong is known by his peers for his common sense, user friendly, no cost approach to managing a successful classroom, and Wong has received multiple awards for excellence.
