Agriculture students from FHSU provide insect information at home, garden show

Fort Hays State University students in an agronomic crop insects class recently participated in a community service-learning project at the Home and Garden Show in Hays.

Students prepared a display on insect identification (beneficial and detrimental) and answered questions during the show. Dr. Jean Gleichsner, associate professor of agriculture within the university's College of Health and Life Sciences, coordinated the project.
