HAYS, KS - Business success will be the topic of a one-day series in Colby hosted by Fort Hays State University's Small Business Development Center.
The FHSU SBDC will offer three two-hour concurrent sessions on Business Planning, Business Management and Special Considerations. The sessions will be held at Colby Community College on March 4, from 9:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. with a one-hour lunch break.
The Business Planning Track covers topics such as business plan writing, financial projections and customer service for employees. Business Management will deal with record keeping, customer service for managers and credit and collections. The Special Considerations Track will include customer service scenarios, trade show strategies and inventory control.
Midwest Energy is sponsoring this event.
Registration before Feb. 25 will cost $99 for three sessions or $40 for one or two sessions. After that time, registration fees will be $120 for three sessions or $55 for one or two sessions.
