FHSU Student Health Center staff present: "The Fats of Life"

Fort Hays State University's Student Health Center staff encourages students, faculty, staff and community members to learn about the "fats of life" and nutrition in the Memorial Union Lobby Tuesday, Oct. 15.

"With just a bit of planning, anyone can make quick and easy meals and save money too," said Mary Rohlf, family nurse practitioner. "Staff will be available to discuss some quick and inexpensive meal ideas and tips for saving money when shopping."

The 9-11 a.m. session will also include information on the fat content of foods and how to achieve proper nutrition.

A free blood pressure clinic will also be available.
