Two Fort Hays State University instructors were recently promoted from part-time to full-time.

Dr. Harriet Caplan was promoted from part-time to a full-time instructor of business administration. She received a bachelor of science in social work from Ohio State University and her juris doctorate from Washburn University.

Martha Jones, FHSU instructor of justice studies, was promoted from part-time to full-time instructor. She received a bachelor of arts in psychology and a master of science in education and reading with minors in business administration, marketing, accounting, sociology, art, physical education and English from FHSU.
