Centennial History Panels rotate to new locations

Fort Hays State University's Centennial History Panels have changed locations for July.
The history panels were created by John Ross, director of FHSU's Forsyth Library, and other library staff to commemorate the university's Centennial.

Eight panels on display at the Sternberg Museum of Natural History, 3000 Sternberg Drive, depict the university's 100-year architectural history.

Five-panels on exhibit at Commerce Bank, 718 Main St., portray highlights from the administrations of the university's first five leaders.

At Midwest Energy Inc., 1330 Canterbury Road, four panels record scenes from the history of spring athletics at the university and another four panels cover teaching.

Hays Regional Airport has four panels displaying winners of the FHSU Alumni Association's Alumni Achievement Awards.

The panels stay in each location for approximately one month.
