FHSU welcomes Miller as new assistant professor of philosophy

Fort Hays State University welcomed Dr. Carl E. Miller III as a new full-time assistant professor of philosophy on Jan. 11, 2006.

Miller received a bachelor of arts degree in philosophy and religion and a bachelor of arts degree in English from Appalachian State University, Boone, NC. He received a juris doctorate from the George Washington University Law School in Washington, DC, and a Ph.D. in philosophy from the University of Georgia in Athens.

He was an instructor at the Institute for Public Service and Policy Research at the University of South Carolina, at George Washington University's Department of Philosophy and at the University of Georgia's Department of Philosophy.
