HAYS, KS -- Dr. Nancy Vogel, professor emeritus of English, was honored with the Cunningham Award from Fort Hays State University's chapter of Phi Delta Kappa, an international association of professional educators. The award, named after former FHSU president M.C. Cunningham, is presented annually to an outstanding educator. Vogel is also a contributor to The Cambridge Guide to Children's Books in English, published in 2001.
