FHSU Student Government Association announces election winners

HAYS, KS -- Several students were elected to serve next year in Fort Hays State University's Student Government Association spring election held from April 10-11.

Daron Jamison, Quinter senior, was re-elected as student body president in an unopposed race. His running mate and vice president-elect is Rigoberto Ramirez, Great Bend junior.

Student Senate representatives were elected in each academic division as well. Winners are listed below by hometown, classification and academic area.

ALTA VISTA: Molly Brown, sophomore, health
ANTHONY: Mitchell Hall, freshman, social sciences
BAILEYVILLE: Ross Heiman, sophomore, business
DODGE CITY: Kelley Kuhlmann, sophomore, business
DWIGHT: Aaron Oleen, sophomore, social sciences
GODDARD: Will Hurst, junior, social sciences
HAYS: Bryan Dreiling, senior, humanities
RANSOM: Patricia Blocksome, sophomore, humanities; Michelle McGinnis, junior, humanities
SALINA: Larry Billinger, senior, humanities, 508 Yale
STOCKTON: Tara Towns, sophomore, business
