HAYS, KS -- Two members of the Fort Hays State University faculty and fellows of the university's Docking Institute of Public Affairs have published an article in The International Economic Development Council Economic Development Journal.

Dr. Mark Bannister, chair of the Department of Information Networking and Telecommunications and director of the Information Enterprise Institute, and Kevin Shaffer, assistant professor of information networking and telecommunications, wrote "Telecommunications 101, Acting Strategically for 21st Century Economic Development."

The article was published in the Winter 2002 edition of the journal.
