Fort Hays State University�s Small Business Development Center will host several confidential, free business planning/start-up sessions in Great Bend, Colby and Hays through June 15.

These three-hour sessions will describe the process of starting a business and writing a business plan for start-up or expansion. Topics will include forms of business, tax identification numbers, business mission, project description, marketing, management, operations and finances.

Sessions will be held from 1:15-4:15 p.m. at the Chamber of Commerce, 1307 Williams St., Great Bend. Dates available are Feb. 3, March 2, April 6, May 4 and June 1.

Sessions will be held from 8:30-11:30 a.m. at the Chamber of Commerce, 350 S. Range, Colby. Dates available are Feb. 11, March 10, April 7, May 12 and June 9.

Sessions will be held from 1:15-4:15 p.m. at the SBDC office, 109 W. 10th, in Hays. Dates available are Feb. 17, March 16, April 20, May 18 and June 15.
