Dr. Curt Brungardt, director of Leadership Studies at Fort Hays State University, and Dr. Chris Crawford, assistant professor of leadership studies, have written an article on leadership titled "Encouraging Corporate Revolutionaries: Moving Beyond Classical and Progressive Leadership."
The article will be published in the Journal of Organizational Leadership. It was accepted for the inaugural issue of the journal.
The article is a follow up to Brungardt and Crawford's book, "Risk Leadership: The Courage to Confront and Challenge." The theory behind risk leadership focuses on bottom-up empowerment. This book is marketed to college professors around the United States.
They have also co-authored many articles together, including "Organizational Innovation: Understanding of Agents of Technological Influence" and "In Search of True Empowerment: Risk Leadership Theory."
Crawford is publishing another book this summer called Maximum Team Performance. This book is designed for anyone seriously interested in dramatically improving teams.
