Philosophy expert speaking on genetic engineering

HAYS, KS -- Peter Tramel, instructor of philosophy, will be the speaker and discussion leader when Fort Hays State University's Department of Philosophy resumes its Civil Discussions of Controversial Issues series at 7 p.m. Feb. 7 at the Hays Public Library.

The topic of the discussion will be "The Morality of Genetic Engineering in Agriculture."
