FHSU's Dennis King presents in New Orleans

HAYS, KS -- Fort Hays State University's Dennis King, director of the Center for Teaching Excellence and Learning Technology and instructor of information networking and telecommunications, recently gave a presentation in New Orleans, LA.

King presented "Utilizing CDNs to Deliver Media Rich Content" at the Consortium of College and University Media Centers National Conference on Nov. 4.

CDNs, content delivery networks, are used to deliver high quality video to computers, PCs or MACs, across a network. Using a CDN, video can be displayed full screen and can be fully controlled by the end-user.
